Melanie Avalon is a SAG-AFTRA actress. Growing up in the South, Melanie flourished in community theatre. At the age of 17, she was accepted into the early entrance program at the University of Southern California.  She moved to Los Angeles, and graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Southern California, with a double BA in Film and Theatre. While at USC, Melanie was an active member of the Delta Kappa Alpha Film Fraternity, and interned for Jerry Bruckheimer, Julia Pistor (former VP of Nickelodeon Films), and Whitaker Entertainment at Walt Disney Studios. Upon graduation, Melanie immediately booked a killer role (literally) on the Biography Channel's Deadly Wives, and has appeared in numerous other film and television projects since then, including Glee, The Millionaire Matchmaker, Neighbors, and Sharknado 2. She currently works in Los Angeles and Atlanta. Melanie is excited to announce she recently booked a role in the upcoming feature film, Bug Out
